1. Introduction

The Loft Salon Studio, located at 2301 Westfield Street, West Springfield, MA 01089, offers private, by-appointment-only services for hair makeovers, extensions, and other specialized treatments.

2. Appointments and Booking Policies

- Appointments: All appointments are by appointment only.

-Pre-Payment: Appointments are prepaid at the time of booking. Payment must be made using a credit card in your name.

- No-Show Policy: If you book a call or appointment and do not show up, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.

3. Consultations

- Consultation Fee: Consultations are necessary, lasting 1.5 hours, and the current fee is $250. This fee is non-refundable but can be applied towards a makeover package if pre-payment for the package is made during the consultation.

4. Makeover Packages

- Customization: All makeover packages are customized. Pricing may vary based on the time and complexity of services needed to achieve the desired results. No two packages may be the same price.

- Makeover Agreement: A detailed agreement will be provided, outlining the services, payment details, and required maintenance. Any changes to your makeover look will require a modification to this agreement and must be signed.

5. Supplies and Hair Extensions

- Ownership: The Loft Salon Studio owns all supplies, including hair extension hair. Professional hair extension hair is not a retail item and is not owned by you unless applied to your head.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

- Cancellation Fee: A 50% cancellation fee applies if you cancel after booking your appointment.

7. Satisfaction and Service Guarantee

- Satisfaction:
The primary purpose of our consultation is to ensure that we clearly communication and make the best recommendations based on the information you provided to us through any and all communications. With a combined 30+ years of experience and over 18 years of providing hair extensions we are confident that you will get the results that you are looking for.

Final Sales: All sales are final. We offer a complimentary hair extension removal at our discretion within the first 30 days, provided you have followed the proper care instructions.

- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that hair extensions are not a viable fit for your hair.

- Issue Resolution: Refusing to come in for a professional assessment of any issues does not warrant compensation or fulfillment of unnecessary demands.

8. Aftercare Responsibilities

- Follow Instructions: You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided to ensure the longevity of the services.

9. Photography and Marketing

- Photographs: Photographs are necessary for rendering services. If used for marketing, you will not receive financial compensation beyond a complimentary after photo for your personal use.

10. Privacy and Data Tracking

- Google Analytics: We use tracking to enhance our website and improve user experience. We do not rent or sell personal data.

- Payment Security: Payments are processed through our vendor, Stripe. We do not internally store payment information.

11. Payment Policies-
